Position Title | Group Fitness Leader |

Position Summary | The Group Fitness Leader is responsible for the delivery of group fitness instruction in the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre (GWHCGC). Reporting to the Fitness Services Operations Coordinator of Fitness & Sport Services, the Group Fitness Leader is responsible for creating and Leading Group Fitness Classes including monitoring and delivery of group fitness classes to our members and participants. This position reports to the Fitness Services Operations Coordinator and takes direction from the Administrative Officer, Fitness & Services Sport on the program plans, scheduling and other tasks as required. |

Benefits and Compensation Information | An additional 15% of the hourly rate in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays and benefits. |
