Position Summary | Reporting to the President, the Executive Director, People and Culture is a strategic business partner and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to the organization. The Executive Director is responsible for establishing and implementing the people and culture vision for Red Deer Polytechnic and creating the strategic human resources plan in alignment with the Institution’s strategic direction. The Executive Director has accountability and is a leader in supporting the organization’s culture and success through its people-oriented programs, initiatives and services. Position Responsibilities | Working closely with the President, Vice Presidents and Associate Vice Presidents, as a member of Executive Leadership Team, the position will lead a strong and progressive People and Culture team offering the highest level of integrity in successfully developing, administering and implementing a full range of strategic and operational human resources functions, initiatives and projects. The Executive Director will ensure the People and Culture Division provides timely and responsive customer service and professional expertise.
