Position Title Visual Art Model
Position Summary
Red Deer Polytechnic School of Arts and Culture is seeking models to pose for Visual Art classes where students will use their image as reference to draw, paint or sculpt. Sessions may include nude modelling, clothed modelling, full body, and/or portrait sessions depending on the needs of the class.
Individuals of all ages (18+), genders, body types, physical abilities, and ethnicity are encouraged to apply.

The School of Arts and Education includes the following programs:
· Visual Arts Diploma
· Bachelor of Fine Arts, University Transfer
· Bachelor of Applied Arts – Animation and Visual Effects
· Bachelor of Applied Arts – Film, Theatre, and Live Entertainment

Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:
  • Taking direction from the Art class instructor, models will pose in various positions clothed or unclothed, as the class requires.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to follow direction and remain still for long periods of time.
  • No previous experience required.

Salary $17.71/hour
Benefits and Compensation Information
An additional 15% of the hourly rate in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays and benefits.
