Position Summary | Do you have experience implementing software in organizations? Are you passionate about providing technology focused solutions to organization-wide challenges? Do you have a background in IT? Are you looking for a permanent role which allows you to connect with the entire Red Deer Polytechnic community? Red Deer Polytechnic is hiring a full-time, permanent Application Specialist who will have the ability to work on campus and remotely. This position will work within the Information Technology Services division under the direction of the Manager of IT Operations & Development. |
Position Responsibilities | Application Specialists at Red Deer Polytechnic support institutional software and ensure our technology supports our values, goals and overall strategy. The person hired into this Application Specialist role will support the implementation and maintenance of RDP’s new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software initially but will also work within a team to ensure the execution and maintenance of other critical applications at RDP. The IT Operations & Development team executes service deliverables that align with the Polytechnic’s strategic plan. Salary | $66,670 - $78,112 annually |
