Position Summary | Are you looking to enhance your experience in payroll and benefits administration? We are seeking a full-time term-certain Payroll and Benefits Assistant to join our Compensation and Benefits team until November 22, 2024. The Payroll & Benefits Assistant will function collaboratively as a member of the People and Culture team and is responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of Payroll & Benefit related updates to employee files and databases. The position will support semi-monthly payroll activities related to benefit and pension administration. |
Position Responsibilities | You will be responsible for:
The Payroll & Benefits Assistant will alternate between providing support in both payroll and benefits, subject to workload volumes in those areas, pay processing and benefit enrolment schedules, and the operational requirements for each functional area at different times of the year. |

Salary | Starting at $27.15 per hour |
Benefits and Compensation Information | An additional 8% of the hourly rate in lieu of vacation. Eligibility to access benefits is dependent upon the Terms and Conditions of Employment. |
