Position Responsibilities
The Donald School of Business, Science and Computing is seeking a full-time Probationary Continuous Entrepreneurship and Small Business Instructor.

Responsibilities of Full-Time Faculty at the Donald School of Business, Science and Computing include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering courses congruent with established course curricula and program outcomes
  • Supporting the success of students with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds and learning styles
  • Assessing student learning in ways that both facilitate learning and ensure achievement against appropriate academic standards
  • Inspiring students by exhibiting enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and subject material
  • Contributing to course and program curriculum development and renewal
  • Engaging in scholarly activity within the domains of Ernest Boyer’s model: scholarship of discovery, application, integration, and teaching
  • Working collegially within department, School, or Institution committees and project teams

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business/Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from a recognized institution.
  • Five years’ professional experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary teaching experience
  • Doctorate degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong record of research

Salary or Hourly? Salary
Salary Commensurate with education and teaching experience at the post-secondary level
